CATI Admin Position

Where: 

The board is looking for candidates to fill the admin role. I have listed the basic requirements for the job below. The CATI Admin position is a paid position. I will continue to be available to answer any questions and give any guidance needed.

Duties:

  • Check and respond to CATI emails
  • Attend Board meetings via Zoom (typically one per month)
  • Interact with Chapter meetings through email and newsletter
  • Create forms needed for webinars, membership, conference…
  • Advertise all CATI events and manage sign ups
  • Champion Renewals
  • Maintain the membership database and confirm payments
  • Make Social Media posts
  • Maintain the CATI website
  • Assist in planning the conference
  • Manage conference sign ups and confirm payments
  • Create conference sign in sheets, session sign in, and certificates
  • Attend the conference to manage it
  • Create reports as needed
  • Acquire and check a Post Office box
  • Manage webinar advertising, sign ups, link distributions, and certificates

Skills Needed:

  • Organization
  • Work as a team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Familiar with WordPress or similar system (training provided)
  • Administrative experience is a plus

This position is an average of 30 hours a month. The highest hours being renewals and the conference.

The board would like to start the process within CATI or a contact of one of our members. On April 1st, we will advertise the position on LinkedIn and post on other sites.
