Bio:

I volunteered for a non-profit, PORCH, as a part-time Spanish interpreter and translator for over ten years. I helped families living below the federal poverty level to qualify for food resources. This work included face-to-face interpretations, translations of documents, working with various personnel, and maintaining confidentiality. In 2023, I completed a 160-hour Medical Interpreter Diploma, and passed the written National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters exam.
